About the Exchange
Virginia is establishing the Virginia Health Benefit Exchange, a comprehensive multi-year undertaking. While the transition is underway, Virginia continues to use the Federal platform. Virginia consumers should continue to visit HealthCare.gov to shop and enroll in ACA health plans and view financial assistance available. Small business health insurance is also available.
The Virginia Exchange offers consumer assistance functions, including Navigators, Certified Application Counselor Designated Organizations (CDOs), and Certified Application Counselors (CACs).
