  4. The solar facility has an electric output rating (nameplate capacity) greater than 500 kilowatts (0.5 megawatts):
  5. The solar facility is located in a single location:
    • YES, go to 6
    • NO, go to 7
  6. The single location solar facility has an electric output rating (nameplate capacity) greater than 3,000 kilowatts (3 megawatts):
  7. The contiguous location of the solar facility has an electric output rating (nameplate capacity) greater than 5,000 kilowatts (5 megawatts):
