Transmission Line Projects
Approval to construct and operate a transmission line and/or facilities of 138 kilovolts
or more must be granted by the State Corporation Commission via issuance of a certificate
of public convenience and necessity (CPCN). The application for a CPCN must include
a digital geographic information system (GIS) map for posting on the Commission’s
website.
