The Division of Public Utility Accounting is responsible for evaluating various financial information provided by public utilities in Virginia.

• Annual Financial and Operating Reports

  Public utilities operating in Virginia file an Annual Financial and Operating Report with the Division of Public Utility Accounting. These reports are due on the first of April for the preceding calendar year. At this time, these reports are not available for online viewing. • Divisional Reports Regarding Affiliate/Merger Transactions

  In addition to the annual financial reports, various public utilities operating in Virginia are sometimes required to file divisional reports regarding Affiliate and or Merger transactions. The reports are required to be filed with the Director of the Division of Public Utility Accounting at various times of the year. These reports are not available for online viewing.
