Renewable Energy Portfolio Standards
The 2007 General Assembly passed legislation that, among other provisions, established incentives to implement a renewable energy portfolio standard program. The State Corporation Commission is charged with developing regulations as may be necessary to implement the provisions of ยงย 56-585.2
