Rate and Form Filings Open to Review by the Public

Insurance companies’ rate and form filings are open to review by the members of the public between 8:15 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Bureau requests that you call in advance to schedule an appointment if you would like to review an insurance company’s filings.
