A Home Protection Company agrees, for a predetermined fee, to furnish, arrange or indemnify for services, the repair or replacement of structual components, parts, appliances or systems of any covered residential dwelling. The required repair can be necessitated by wear and tear, deterioration, inherent defect, or by the failure of an inspection to detect the likelihood of malfunction.
