The Clerk’s Office provides extractions of its database for corporate, limited liability company, and limited partnership information. This information is provided monthly, with weekly updates on 3490 mainframe tape cartridges. Record layouts are available that detail the information provided.

The monthly fee is $1,000.00. Prepayment and a recipient shipping account number are required. If you are interested in obtaining this information on tape, please complete the Tape Sales License Agreement and Exhibit B and mail, along with payment by check made payable to the State Corporation Commission, to:
