Webcasting
As a courtesy to and an educational tool for residents
of the Commonwealth who might not otherwise be able to conveniently
participate in Commission proceedings, the Commission broadcasts certain
proceedings from its Richmond courtrooms using the Internet.
Computers must be equipped with a sound card, an Internet
connection (either dial-up or private line), and a web browser
(for example, Netscape or Internet Explorer).
Additionally, a software product
called Windows Media Player, will be required.
The Media Player is available for download at no cost from the
Microsoft website
. (Estimated time for download is 55 minutes
with a 28.8k modem.)
