CASE DOCUMENTS - DELAYED VIEWING
A disruption in the ability of the Clerk's Office to scan documents filed in SCC cases has occurred. As a result, documents filed since mid-morning Thursday, November 19 currently are not available via the Docket Search feature of the SCC web site. The problem is expected to be resolved Tuesday, November 24. At that time, the back log of documents will be electronically scanned and made available as PDF files as quickly as possible.
Keep in mind, you can keep track of daily filings made in the Document Control Center by reviewing the DCC Report in the Case Docket Search system.
Docket Search
The SCC offers access to case information through its Docket
Search feature, which provides access to information by case number, case
name, case type, or participant name. Docket Search displays the SCC's
Calendar of Cases, documents associated with cases, case participants
and other information dating from April 2002.
