The licensees are listed in three separate groups alphabetically (MB - mortgage broker, ML - mortgage lender, and MLB - mortgage lender and broker) and are listed alphabetically by company name, along with license number, chief executive, date licensed, and authorized location(s). For companies that utilize trade names, the licensee's d/b/a name is included following its primary name. The information is current as of the date listed on the report.

The list does not include companies that are exempt from licensing requirements. Recently licensed lenders and brokers and recently authorized office locations may not appear on the list.
