Mortgage Licensees Not in Good Standing for Failure to Pay Annual
Fee
Note: If the licensee's full name or license type is not known,
the find mechanism of the Adobe reader can be used to find the licensee by entering
any known search string of its name, location(s), chief executive, or license number.
The listed licensees under the Virginia Mortgage Lender and Broker Act have failed
to pay their annual fee by May 25, as required by section 6.2-1612 of the Code of
Virginia. Consequently, these licensees are currently not in good standing with
the Bureau of Financial Institutions. Pursuant to section 6.2-1619 of the Code of
Virginia, failure to pay the annual fee is grounds for revocation of any lender's
or broker's license. The continued failure to pay the prescribed fee will result
in a recommendation to the State Corporation Commission that such licenses be revoked.
Please note that this list will be updated.
